Home or not, we’ve got it
You don’t need to be home for exterior visits. If you won’t be, please take down outside screens first or leave us a way to remove them. Interior visits need someone home or a way in. Keep gates unlocked and pets inside, and we’ll take it from there.
Window plan questions
How does a window cleaning plan work?
You pick Interior & Exterior or Exterior only, twice a year (May and October) or quarterly (April, June, August and October). About a week before each visit month we text you to pick a day, and we show up and clean.
How much do I save?
10% off our regular price on every visit if you pay after each visit, or 15% if you pay for the whole year up front. Your price depends on your home, so we quote it for free first.
Is there a contract?
No. There's no long-term commitment and no cancellation fee. Text or call us to cancel. If you paid for the year, we refund visits not done yet, minus the difference between the up-front and pay-per-visit price for visits already done.
What is the free touch-up?
Between plan visits, we'll do a quick outside spot-clean of a few windows if something comes up, like a storm or heavy pollen. Just text us.
Can I mix inside & out and outside only?
Yes. On the twice-a-year plan you can have us clean inside and out at one visit and outside only at the other. Just tell us which visit you want inside.
What if I need to skip a visit?
No problem, just let us know. A skipped visit doesn't carry over to the next one.
Do I need to be home?
Not for exterior cleaning. Please take down outside screens first, or leave us a way to remove them. Interior visits need someone home or a way in.
Will my price go up?
Your plan price is locked for 12 months from the day you sign up. After that, we'll text you at least 30 days before any change.
What else do plan members get?
10% off any other service we offer, like house washing, power washing and gutter cleaning, and $100 off Christmas light installation.
