Questions & fine print
When do I get my reward?
Within 7 days after your friend’s first job is completed and paid in full. We text you to pick your reward.
How does my friend redeem the $25 off?
Write your name on the back of a Go To referral card and give it to your friend. They hand the card to our crew at their estimate or service. They can also book with your share link or just tell us your name when they call.
Who can refer, and who counts as a new customer?
Any past Go To customer can refer. Your friend must be new to us (no completed job in the last 24 months), not live in your household, be in our Kent or Ottawa County service area, and their first job must be $229 or more.
Can my friend combine this with another deal?
One new-customer offer per job. If another deal is running, your friend gets the better one, and you still earn your reward. The friend discount does combine with a window plan.
Is there a limit?
No limit on referrals. Gift cards are capped at $600 per person per year. Service credits and charity gifts are unlimited.
Do credits expire?
Service credits are promotional, have no cash value and expire 12 months after they’re issued. Your friend has 90 days to book after getting your card or link.
I’m a realtor. Can I refer clients?
Yes. We offer Listing Ready pricing (15% off windows and house washing for your sellers) and closing gift certificates for buyers: a $150 window cleaning certificate for $120. Call or text Austin at (616) 209-8777.
Full terms
Rewards are earned only when the referred customer’s first service is completed and paid in full; refunds or chargebacks within 30 days cancel the reward. The friend must name the referrer when booking or within 7 days of the first job; if two people claim the same friend, the first one named wins. No self-referrals. We never offer rewards for reviews. Go To Cleaning Services, LLC may change or end this program with 30 days’ notice, and rewards already earned will always be honored.
