Commercial Window Cleaning for Beverage Distributor

Overview

In July 2022, we completed a comprehensive window cleaning project for a large beverage distribution facility located in Grand Rapids, MI. This was a commercial job executed as part of a subcontracting agreement.

Project Details

Surface Cleaned: Interior and Exterior Windows  

Height of Windows: Up to 25 feet  

Size of Windows: Some single panes longer than 8 feet  

Tools Used: Water Fed Pole System, Brush, Squeegee, Ladder, Extended Telescoping Poles

Execution

The project involved cleaning a substantial number of windows, both inside and outside the facility. Due to the height (up to 25 feet) and size (single panes longer than 8 feet) of the windows, any streaks or dirt marks would be highly noticeable.

Exterior Windows:

For the exterior windows, we utilized our advanced water fed pole system. This system allowed us to efficiently clean the high and large windows while ensuring a spotless and streak-free finish. The water fed pole system significantly streamlined the cleaning process, boosting our efficiency and maintaining top-quality results.

Interior Windows:

The interior windows were cleaned using traditional brushes and squeegees. Some of the interior windows required the use of ladders and extended telescoping poles to reach the necessary heights. Our team meticulously worked to ensure that all interior windows were left spotless and clear.

Challenges

One of the primary challenges we faced was positioning our water fed pole system. The large facility required an extensive amount of hose length, making it crucial to find the optimal spots for placing the system to maintain efficiency and quality.
